Reservation Request

As a hotel in the country side, we are adversely affected when, after much correspondence and assurances, guests abruptly cancel a booking. It is not possible to rebook a room at short notice and many times, such cancellations cause our rooms to remain vacant during the busiest periods. Since, like most cancellation policies, our policy also asks guests to pay if the cancellation is not made in time, we request you to confirm your booking only when you are certain that you will be travelling. A room will be considered reserved only after you make the payment and receive the payment acknowledgement and confirmation from us. Change of Date and early departure will also be considered a cancellation and you will be asked to pay for the nights that you have booked if you wish to leave earlier. By booking with us, it is understood that you have accepted the above terms. A reservation is not considered cancelled until you receive our cancellation confirmation via email. The cancellation policy applies to all situations (medical reasons, transport delays, weather conditions etc.).

Cancellation Policy: 25% if cancelled 5 to 7 days in advance 50% if cancelled till 4 days in advance 100% if cancelled 2 days in advance For groups and for SPECIAL DATES 23rd to 25th Dec 30th 31st Dec & 1st Jan. 25% if cancelled 45 days in advance 50% if cancelled 30 days in advance 100% if cancelled 15 days in advance

Booking dates can be changed before 2 weeks without any cancellation charges. 100% Advance payment at the time of booking. There will no be any refund for not availing any facility from the package.

Children 6 and above are chargeable in different age groups, 6 to 11 years and 12 and above /adults as extra persons are chargeable at a different rate.
